Kitchen stacker doors open to the outdoor barbeque area. This is a large fully fenced area with a 10-seater outdoor table. This large alfresco courtyard also has an out door kitchen with hot and cold water and BBQ faciities, ideal for cleaning fish or just cleaning up after a meal.

This is the perfect spot for entertaining or relaxing while listening to the ocean just metres away. There is also an outdoor shower off this courtyard with hot and cold water where you can wash off the beach sand and salt before retiring inside.

On the northern side of the shed, the original barn doors open onto a smaller, private courtyard with outdoor seating.

The TV room connects the apartment to the shed.  Here, there is a comfortable L shaped lounge suite and 58” Smart TV.

The master bedroom has a queen bed. This is a light filled space.  Glossy white shutters control your privacy while crisp blues and white colour scheme give a coastal ambience.   The second bedroom is a large room and sleeps 4.  There are 2 king single beds that convert into a king bed and two single beds.
